잭 웰치 는 기업이라는 조직이 탄생시킨 20세기 슈퍼 CEO 중 한 사람이다. 그가 은퇴한 지도 벌써 몇 년이 지났지만, 아직도 그의 명성은 대단하다. 물론 허니웰 인수 합병 실패로도 시끄러웠지만 분명히 기억해야 하는건 누구나가 그의 경영능력은 최고로 인정하는 바다.
