선천성 견갑골이상(환측 견갑골이 올라감) 어깨 외전 90-100로 제한
환측으로 머리 외측굴곡 + 측만(볼록)
주변 근육 결함: 승모근, 견갑하근, 능형근, 전거근 등
치료: 견갑 교정 및 어깨 외전 향상
