- On the palm, the ulnar nerve passes under a ligament between two small wrist bones, the pisiform and hamate.
- The Ulnar Nerve supplies sensation to the little finger and half of the ring finger.
Guyon s canal syndrome
Guyon s Canal syndrome is numbness and tingling in the ring and small fingers caused by irritation of the ulnar nerve in the Guyon s canal.
symptoms
1. 척골신경 분포 부위의 감각이상
2. 골간근의 위축 - 손등에서 골간 홈이 깊어지는 것으로써 알 수 있음.
- 손가락 쫙 펼 수 없게 되며 엄지와 검지로 pinch 어려움.
3. Tinel s sign - ulnar nerve
4. 잠에서 깨기 전 이름 아침에 새끼손가락과 약지에서 핀이나 바늘로 찌르는 듯한 느낌부터 시작되며 진행되어 손목과 손의 작열통이 나타남.
