○Introduction
- 자극에 대해 반응하는 감각계의 네 가지 특징
Modality : 어떠한 자극인가
Intensity : 자극의 강도는 어떠한가
Duration : 자극이 얼마나 지속되는가
Lacation : 자극을 받는 장소는 어떻게 되는가
- Cutaneous sensation
기계적 자극(Mechanoreceptor, myelinated fibres)
열과 냉각에 대한 감각(Thermoreceptor, unmyelinated fibres)
피부에 가해지는 위해(Neciceptor)
1) Mechanoreceptor
• 두가지 종류의 mechanoreceptors(빠르거나 느리게 순응하는 것)
• Parcinian corpuscle, Meissner corpuscle(빠르게)
• Markel cells(느리게 순응, 털 있는 피부에 많다)
• Parcinian corpuscle은 진동을 받아들인다.
• Meissner corpuscle은 닿는 감각을 받아들인다.
• Merkel cells(느리게 순응하는 수용체)는 압각을 수용한다.
2) Thermoreceptor
• Free nerve endings
• 냉각 수용체의 도입성 신경 섬유는 수초로 감싸진 작은 섬유이며 온각 수용체에서 나오는 섬유는 c fibres이다.
3) Nociceptor
• Free nerve endings
• Group A, C fibres
○Materials: Pins, Beaker, Cold water, 지우개 도장, Compass, 0.7 GTS, 10% NaCl, 5% sucrose, 1% acetic acid
