∙원인균(‘97)
① gonococcus
② chlamydia
③ enteric bacteria
∙형태(‘97)
: 원인에 따라 두가지로 나뉨
(1) Gonococcal infection
① 많은 양의 pus를 동반하는 acute suupprative reaction
② superficial mucosa와 submucosa에 국한
③ endometrium은 호르몬에 의한 월경현상으로 내성 지님
④ acute supprative salpingitis: 감염이 fallopian tube로
파급시
⑤ tubo-ovarian abcess: fallopian tube 감염후 난관채가
서로 달라붙거나 난소와 붙음
⑥ pyosalpinx: pus가 막힌 tube를 팽창시킴
⑦ hydrosalpinx: 시간이 흘러 만성 진행시 pus가 분해되어
연한 장액성의 액체로 변함
(2) Nonconococcal infection
① 임균성보다 exudate적음
② mucosa의 염증은 약하나 심층에 심한 염증 반응
③ falopian tube벽을 넘어 장막까지 퍼짐, 나아가 broad
ligament, pelvis, peritoneum까지 침범
④ bacteremia가 더 흔함
