1. 수질오염 이란
자연계의 물은 그 스스로가 유입된 오염물질을 물리화학적 및 생물학적 작용에 의해 정화할 수 있는 능력을 갖고 있으며 이러한 현상을 물의 자 정작용(Self-purification)이라고 한다. 수질오염(Water pollution)현상은 오염물질이 물의 자연자정능력을 초과하여 자연수체내로 배출될 때 해당 수체가 이용목적에 적합하지 않게 된 상태라고 말할 수 있다.

1. Cell lysis
① pellet을 녹인 후 Buffer LB 26ml 분주하여 섞는다.
② 잘 섞은 pellet을 ice에 박혀있는 비커에 붓고 stirring하여 6ml lysozyme에 분주한 다음, 66ml PMSF와 33ul leupeptin도 첨가한다. (20min 반응시간 준다.)
③ 20min 후, 3ml 0.8% Sodium deoxycloate 첨가하고 20min 반응 시간 준다.
④ 20min 후, 50ul PMSF 첨가하고 5.6ml 2M Ammonium Sulfate 첨가한다.
