| 초고층 건물의 정의(definition)
초고층 건물은 그 층수 또는 높이에 따라 정확히 구분되어 있지 않으며 관점에 따라 상대적으로 정의되고 있다. 유럽의 경우에는 12층 이상일 경우 고층으로 분류되며 시카고 같은 경우에는 70층에서 100층 정도를 지칭하고 있다.
우리나라의 경우도 명확한 정의가 되어 있지 않고, 내진설계에 의한 구조안전 확인 대상물인 21층 이상 건물을 초고층 기준으로 볼 수가 있.. |
