1. 실험 소개
전도성 측정으로는 반도체가 한 종류의 운반자인지 여러 종류의 운반자인지 판단할 수 없고, 둘을 구별할 수 없다. 그러나 유동성을 결정하는 데 기본적인 도구가 되는 Hall Effect 측정을 통해 이러한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이 효과는 1879년에 E. H. Hall에 의해 발견되었다.
