1. 접합 다이오드에서 전류에 대한 순방향, 역방향 바이어스 효과를 측정한다.
2. 접합다이오드의 전류―전압 특성을 실험적으로 결정하고 그래프를 그린다.
3. 저항계로 접합다이오드를 시험한다.
4. 순방향과 역방향 바이어스에서 제너다이오드의 전류를 측정한다.
