a. anosmia : 후각 소실
- 상기도 감염이 가장 흔한 원인
- 중추성 병변은 olfactory fibers가 ant. commissure에서 decussation하기 때문에 anosmia를 초래하지 않는다.
- 편측성 anosmia : olfactory bulb나 tract를 압박할 경우 나타날 수 있다.
