1. 서론 & 요약
효소 및 수소이온을 촉매로 하여 설탕(sucrose)이 가수분해되는 전화속도를 편광계로 추적하여 그 동력학적 해석(Dynamic analysis)을 한다.
이 실험에서는 일정한 시간 간격으로 반응물을 채취하여 그 농도변화에 따른 편광각을 측정하여 반응속도 상수를 결정한다.
실험 결과를 보면 알겠지만 20℃와 30℃에서는 두 값이, 온도가 10도 올라갈 때 반응 속도는 2배가량 늘어.. |
