2. 실험이론
1) Hall IC
Si 홀 소자는 자계 감도가 10~20mV/KOe 정도이고, 다른 재료를 사용한 것보다 감도가 낮은 결점이 있다. 이 결점을 개선하기 위해 IC 기술을 사용해 신호 처리 회로를 센서와 일체화 시킨 것이 Si Hall IC이다.
